Rañon proudly partners with the UBC/Southern Regional Council of Carpenters (SRCC) and the Southern District Training Trust Fund (SDTF) to maintain a full-time staff of about 30 dedicated and well-trained journeyman carpenters and apprentices. The UBC/SDTF provide comprehensive lifetime training in all aspects of carpentry and safety, along with intensive specializations in ICRA/Healthcare Construction, Superintendent Training, and Leadership. Our partnership offers a great opportunity for those new to the trades to get direct hands-on field experience in the construction industry to add to the knowledge and skills they acquire in the classroom at the local and national IBC training facilities.

We use this innovative platform to assist with project bidding, management, and record keeping as well as to help close the gap in communication between the client, design team, and subcontractors, to ensure that project always stays on track.
